I believe that with AI, the only real limits we face are the ones we place on ourselves. I try to prove that every single day — through the systems I build, the problems I solve, and the things I share along the way.
I’m a Senior Lead Recruiter at a Big 4 consulting firm where I lead AI trainings, build learning pathways, and automate workflows that used to require entire teams. I’m not a developer. I never was. What I am is someone who refused to accept that “I can’t code” meant “I can’t build.”
Before consulting I spent years running large recruiting teams and account managers at staffing firms — Robert Half, KForce, and my own firm HCRM Corp. I’ve done C-suite business development for Fortune 500 clients around workforce strategy and large-scale project support. I understand how organizations work, where they break down, and what it costs when they do.
That domain expertise turned out to be the most important thing I brought to AI. Not syntax. Not frameworks. The ability to look at a broken system, understand exactly what working looks like, and refuse to stop until I got there.
I build things. I document what happens. I share everything. Because the gap between “I see the problem” and “I can fix it” is smaller than most people think — and I want to help close it.
The first answer is never the final answer. Every system I’ve built required iteration, debugging, rebuilding. Quitting when something breaks is not an option — it’s just part of the process.
There’s always a next thing to build, a next problem to solve, a next level to reach. That momentum doesn’t come from external pressure. It comes from genuinely believing that what you’re building matters.
Every project I’ve built started with a question. What if I could fix this? What if AI agents could talk to each other? What if non-technical people could ship real software? Curiosity is the engine. Everything else follows.

A Chrome extension that analyzes LinkedIn profiles, extracts distinctive skills, and generates optimized Boolean search strings. Built in 1 hour and 46 minutes, later demoed live to colleagues.
